Diamond Grove Adventures, LLC is a play at your own risk Adventure Park. Parents / guardians are responsible to always provide direct supervision to guests under 16-years old. Parents / guardians are also responsible to assess their children’s capacity regarding all activities. There is inherent risk involved in all elements of play; please conduct yourself accordingly and exercise discretion. Please use each play element as intended. For questions, please see a Park Host. We will be happy to assist!

“WARNING: Under Missouri law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this registered agritourism activity.”

Rules

As a guest of the Adventure Park, you agree to accept the following conditions

  • Please show respect to other Guests enjoying the Adventure Park as well as our Host Team.
  • Only safe / positive play is acceptable.
  • Follow instructions from our Park Host Team regarding operations and procedures.
  • Please exercise caution when participating in all activities.
  • Foot coverings must be always worn (except when participating in activities that do not require it).
  • Only 1-person per slide at a time: slide feet first / no climbing up slides.

Any Guest who fails to comply with the Conduct requirements, including without limitation those listed above, may at the discretion of Diamond Grove Adventures, LLC have their Ticket revoked or confiscated by Diamond Grove Adventures, LLC with no refund of any amount paid therefor. Upon such revocation or confiscation, the applicable Guest and all members of their party shall have no right to remain in, on, or about the Property.

Yes, we have designed and constructed many Attractions to be accessible for all levels of mobility including:

  • Diamond Grove Railroad
  • Persimmon Acres Mini Animal Ranch
  • 1881 Bell Tower
  • Mine Sluice
  • Candle Dipping.

Tickets are non-transferrable. In the event the need arises to leave and return, please check out with a Park Host at the Welcome Center.

Guests are welcome to celebrate a Birthday or special event. We allow for cake, cupcakes, or equivalent and presents to be brought in the Adventure Park. At this time, we are happy to assist in reserving picnic tables outside. Please contact a Park Host for scheduling. We do not have reservable inside accommodations.

*All Guests (2-years old and up) must have an Adventure Ticket to enter the Park. No exceptions will be made

No, we invite you to make a personal choice regarding face coverings.

If you purchased tickets and the weather prevents you from visiting the Park, we are happy to refund your purchase. If the weather shortens your visit, we are happy to welcome you back to enjoy a better weather day – please see a Park Host for details.

No, however, water bottles are welcome. Also, food, beverage, snacks for children are welcome.

We do however offer a full menu from Whisler’s old fashioned hamburgers!

Our goal is to always host memorable, happy times for your family. If you feel we have not met your expectations, we ask that you provide us the opportunity to make things right. Someone from our Management Team will promptly be in touch with you.

Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce vapor or smoke is not permitted inside the Park fences.

No, however, Service Animals are welcome. We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended in your vehicle while you are visiting. Trained service animals, as currently defined under the ADA, are welcome at Diamond Grove Adventures, LLC. (Comfort, therapy and emotional support animals are not considered service animals.) The service animal must be under the owner’s control at all times, and remain on a leash, be in a harness, or be able to follow voice, signal or other effective control commands given by the owner. The owner is responsible for disposing of animal waste. Park Hosts may not take responsibility for or provide care to any service animal.

Diamond Grove Adventures is a family-friendly environment. Guests are required to dress appropriately. Shirts and shorts/pants are required. Guests wearing clothing that may be offensive or inappropriate (including profanity or suggestive material) will be asked to change. Shirts & shoes must be always worn.

We do not serve alcohol and do not allow it on our premises, including the parking lot.

  • Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Alcoholic beverages of any type
  • Glass containers (excluding baby food jars)
  • Pepper spray/mace
  • Recreational devices with wheels, such as skateboards, hover boards, balance boards, scooters, inline skates or shoes with built-in wheels
  • Costume Masks
  • Pets or other animals, except for approved service animals (e.g. dogs); service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and should remain on a leash or harness (due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride or enter certain attractions)
  • Any other items that the park determines may be suspicious, harmful, unsafe or disruptive
